Youth

STAFFED NURSERY

A staffed nursery is available for those who wish to have some assistance with their children during worship. This is a free service for all members and guests of First Church.

SUNDAY SCHOOL

First Church offers Sunday School for children age preschool through grade 6. Children are dismissed from worship each Sunday after the children's sermon takes place to go to the classrooms. Sunday School concludes at the same time as worship. Guests are always welcome!

CONFIRMATION

Confirmation is offered for grades 7 and above. Our confirmation program is partnered with Plymouth Congregational UCC. Classes meet on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of each month from 12:15-1:45 p.m.

YOUTH CAMPS AND EVENTS

First Congregational UCC supports and encourages our youth to participate in regional camps and the annual UCC National Youth Event. We also offer Vacation Bible School every summer for any youth who want to participate.

Youth and family events are also held throughout the year. Most are free or reduced cost for all who participate. Events include activities such as sledding, movie afternoons, swimming, bowling, roller skating, visits to the pumpkin patch and much more.
